Cancellation and refunds for Football Farm Membership

The annual Football Farm membership is $350 per immediate family and runs from March 1 through February 28 of the following year.

Membership Benefits Include:

• Access to all Football Farm events & games
   
• Use of the indoor arena during open play hours
   
• On-site gym access
   
• Participation in summer events
   
• 15% discount on birthday party packages
   
• Priority registration for summer camps
   

Membership usage is at the discretion of the client.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted by May 31 (prior to the end of the competitive season) to be eligible for a partial refund.
   
• If canceled by May 31, a partial refund will be issued for unused months (June–February, $263).
   
• No refunds will be issued after May 31, regardless of benefit usage.
   
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to vicky@upthefarm.com
